Can I choose my own repairer?
In most cases, yes. Many policies give you choice of repairer, and even when an insurer suggests a shop, you can usually request South Eastern Auto Body. We’ll guide you through it.
Do you deal with my insurer directly?
Yes. Give us your claim number and we handle the assessment, quoting and paperwork directly with your insurer so you don’t have to chase anyone.
Will the repair affect my car’s value?
We repair to manufacturer standard using premium paint materials and correct procedures, with a workmanship guarantee, so your car is restored properly, not patched.
What if I’m not at fault?
If the accident wasn’t your fault, you may be entitled to a free hire car and repairs at no cost to you while we recover the costs from the at-fault driver’s insurer. See our not-at-fault page or call us and we’ll walk you through it.
What does it cost me?
